1 Small Onion, Chopped
1/2 Cup Chopped Celery
2 Tablespoons Butter or Margarine
1- 1/4 Cups Broth or Water
1/4 Cup Chopped Parsley
1/2 Teaspoon Poultry Seasoning
1 package (6oz) Rothbury Farms Croutons
Sauté onion and celery in butter in a large saucepan until tender.
Add broth, parsley and seasoning.
Heat to boiling; add croutons.
Remove from heat.
Cover and let stand 5 minutes.
Fluff with a fork before serving.
