1 lb. Hamburger 1 Cup Milk 1 Cup Rothbury Farms Croutons 1 Small Onion, Chopped 1 teaspoon Salt Topping 3 Tablespoons Ketchup 3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar 1 teaspoon Mustard Dash of Nutmeg
Preheat oven to 325°.
Soften croutons in milk.
Mix well with 1 lb. of hamburger.
Place in meatloaf pan.
Mix topping ingredients and place over the hamburger mixture in the pan.
Bake for 1 hour at 325°.
