Turkey Supper Casserole

Ingredients:

1 package (6oz) Rothbury Farms Croutons
3 Cups Frozen Cut Broccoli, Cooked, Drained*
2 Cups Cubed Cooked Turkey
1/4 Cup Chopped Fresh Parsley
1 Small Onion, Chopped
2 Tablespoons Olive or Vegetable Oil
1 Jar (12oz) Heinz Homestyle Roasted Turkey Gravy
1 Cup Broth or Water
1/2 Teaspoon Poultry Seasoning

Directions:

Reserve 1 cup of croutons for the topping.

Combine remaining croutons, broccoli, turkey and parsley in a 2-quart oblong casserole.

Sauté the onion and celery in the oil in a skillet.

Add gravy, broth and seasoning; heat to boiling.

Pour gravy mixture over crouton mixture.

Crush reserved croutons and sprinkle on top.

Bake in a 400° F oven for 25 minutes.

* Other cooked vegetables such as carrots, green beans or vegetable mixtures may be substituted.
