Braciole

Ingredients:
1-1/2 - 2lb. flank steak
1 t. Garlic salt
3 cloves chopped garlic
1 T fresh basil. chopped
2/3 C. pecorino chese, grated
1/2 C. provolone cheese, grated
3/4 V. Rothbury Farms Cheese Garlic Croutons, crushed
2 T. Olive Oil
6 C. Marinara Sauce
Directions:
Lay flank steak on flat suface
Sprinkle with garlic salt, chopped garlic and salt
Sprinkle grated cheese evenly over steak
Top with the 3/4 C. crushed Rothburry Farms Cheese Garlic Croutons
Starting at the smaller end, roll up the steak completely enclosing the filling
Bind in 2-3 locations with Chef's Twine
Heat olive oil to medium heat
Brown braciole on all sides
Place in crcok pot and cover with marinara sauce
Cook on low heat for 8-10 hours or until meat is fall apart tender
