Potatoes Deluxe

Croutons

Ingredients:

2 lbs. Frozen Hash Browns
1 carton sour Cream (1lb)
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Medium Onion, Diced
1 stick of Butter (1/2 cup), melted
8 oz. Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
Rothbury Farms Croutons

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl, except the croutons, and mix until thoroughly combined

Spoon mixture into a 9" x 13" glass baking dish and spread evenly

Crush the Rothbury Farms Croutons and sprinkle them generously over the top

Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hours
